Information collected may include name, email, phone number, billing and payment information, intake forms and written communications, and session notes and coaching-related information.

Your information is used to provide coaching services, schedule and manage sessions, process payments, communicate regarding your program, and improve coaching services.

Information is stored using reasonable security measures, including password-protected systems and encrypted platforms where applicable.

Only the Coach has access to client coaching records unless otherwise required by law.

Personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except for payment processors, scheduling or communication platforms, when required by law, or if there is risk of harm to the Client or others.

Client information is retained for a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of coaching services for business, legal, and record-keeping purposes.

This may include maintaining records for multiple years to ensure continuity of care if services resume, comply with legal or financial obligations, and maintain internal coaching records.

Information is securely stored and access is limited to the Coach unless otherwise required by law.

During the active coaching relationship, the Client may request reasonable access to their personal information for review or correction.

Requests are handled at the discretion of the Coach and subject to business, legal, and record-keeping requirements.

The Coach is not obligated to provide access to records or delete information after the coaching relationship has ended.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, and continued participation in coaching services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
